A Vacation Amid the Fall Foliage

Fall at the Kavaliershaus is the most beautiful time of year—the varied colors of the leaves on the centuries-old trees transform the light into a magnificent play of colors that extends right into the spacious rooms of your suite. Here you’ll find a cozy retreat for the whole family as the day draws to a close and darkness settles over the children’s playhouse in the Kavaliershaus park.

There’s plenty of time until tomorrow morning to let the serene images from „Caspar David Friedrich – Boundaries of Time“ sink in; we’re screening Peter Schamoni’s docudrama about the painter—to whom 7 of our 12 suites are dedicated—on the occasion of the Autumn at the Castles  in our barn, which you can also book exclusively for your own (kids’) movie night with popcorn or a dinner with friends by the open fireplace—the perfect way to round off a culturally enriching journey of discovery to manor houses, castles, and stately homes in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
