due to a security breach at our external booking service provider HotelNetSolutions There may currently be fraudulent messages (phishing) via WhatsApp, text message, or email.

Criminals use stolen booking information (such as names and arrival dates) to impersonate our hotel. They falsely ask guests to confirm payments or enter credit card information via a link, claiming that the booking will otherwise be canceled.

Please be sure to note the following:

Do not click on any links in news stories like that.

Do not enter any payment information. We will never ask you to enter your credit card information via WhatsApp or text message.
